The following
information outlines the terms and conditions that apply to
Hire4 bookings.
Booking Policy
The person
who has signed and dated the booking form will be known as
the ‘Hirer’.
Upon receipt
and acknowledgment of the required deposit both Hire4
and the ‘Hirer have entered into a formal agreement to
provide/receive the services as described in our
literature and website. Specific service detail is guided by
the information contained in the completed
booking form and any relevant
correspondence such as emails and telephone calls.
Service details relating to a booking including time, games, staffing etc may be changed at anytime by Hire4 without notice however where possible changes will be advised to the client. Booking confirmation may be made via email.
Cancellation Policy
An agreement
can be cancelled under the following circumstances:
· Hire4
are unable to supply the
service
due to reasons
beyond their control. A refund for the full amount already
paid by the ‘Hirer’ will be become payable.
· The
'Hirer' has indicated in writing that they do not wish to
continue with the agreement. No refund
will be
pair. For block bookings - this applies based on the first date of the agreed booking period.
· Hire4
have the right to amend this policy at any time without
notice.
Deposits
A minimum payment of 20% of the agreed fee is payable on receipt of the booking form. Full payment becomes due prior to the start of the function. For the period 1st December till 1st January (inclusive) the minimum deposit payment is 50%. For block bookings ie: more than one date - 50% of the total agreed fee becomes payable prior to the first function date.
Responsibility Policy
By entering
into this agreement the ‘Hirer’ will take reasonable steps
to ensure
that the equipment
and any
items that are included as part of the
service provided
will be
protected from deliberate damage and/or alterations.
If there has
been any damage and/or alterations
to the equipment
the ‘Hirer’
must inform Hire4
at the earliest convenience
and if required compensate Hire4 for any damage caused.
Unless
otherwise stated Hire4 accepts no responsibility for the
health and safety of any person that comes into contact with
our equipment. |
